What ages is it for?
Two versions: 5–7 and 8–11. Choose the birthday child’s age and the right version is built automatically. Younger siblings are welcome hangers-on — the design expects them.
How many children does it work for?
Built for 6–12; it runs happily up to 20 with the built-in big-party mode. Under 6 guests works too — roles simply share out.
Do I need a good printer?
No. Everything is designed for ordinary home printers and stays fully legible in black and white. Card stock feels lovely but plain paper runs the whole adventure.
How long does setup take?
Printing, a little cutting, hiding the clue cards and staging two set pieces — one evening, comfortably. The setup sheet is step-by-step.
What do I have to do during the party?
Follow the run-sheet: it tells you what to say, what to press and when to serve food. Snib does the performing; you do the pressing and the enjoying.
What if a guest doesn't turn up? Or extras appear?
Both absorbed by design. No single guest is load-bearing, spare blank roles are included, and the awards adapt on the day.
What if my child's name is unusual?
That’s exactly why we ask how to pronounce it, and why you approve the preview before anything is final. If Snib wouldn’t say it the way you do, we fix it first.
Indoors or outdoors?
Either or both — the setup sheet maps the world onto whatever space you have, and there’s a wet-weather plan for every outdoor step.
What device do I need?
Any phone or tablet with a browser, plus any speaker it can reach. Load the board on wifi before the party and it runs offline.
How long do I have access?
Until 14 days after the party — replay, reprint, then it’s deleted on schedule. We keep things exactly as long as they’re useful.
When do I need to order by?
At least 5 days before the party, and you’ll approve your preview no later than 48 hours before. Real people build every adventure.
What's your refund policy?
Full refund, no questions, any time until you approve your preview. After approval your adventure goes into production; if something’s wrong on the day that’s our fault, talk to us — we’ll make it right.
Is this AI?
Here’s the honest shape of it. The clever parts — writing, personalising, checking — are done by people. Snib’s voice is created and locked before your party: every word written by people, checked by a person, and fixed before the day. Nothing is generated live, and there is no mode in which he improvises with children. At the party itself there’s no live AI at all — just his finished lines, buttons, and your finger on them.
